What data is collected
- Data you provide in the forms: name, email, phone, company, role, and the content of your message.
- Assessment answers, when you choose to receive the report by email. The answers stay in your browser while you respond, and are only sent if you fill in the form at the end.
- Technical data generated automatically by your visit: IP address, browser type and pages visited. Used only for security and to understand use of the site in aggregate.
What the data is used for
- Replying to your message and preparing commercial proposals.
- Sending the materials you requested, such as the Playbook chapter or the assessment report.
- Sending content about leadership, when you consent to it.
- Meeting legal obligations and protecting the site from abuse.
Legal basis
Processing rests on the consent you give by ticking the box in the forms, on the performance of a contract or preliminary procedures when you request a proposal, and on legitimate interest for the security and improvement of the site.
Who the data is shared with
Only with the service providers needed to run the site, who act as processors and are bound to protect the data:
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Supabase — storage of contact records.
- Resend — sending emails.
The data is not sold or handed over for third-party advertising purposes.
How long the data is kept
For as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask for deletion. Commercial contact records are kept for up to five years, in line with legal and limitation obligations.
Your rights
The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, to access your data, to correct incomplete or outdated data, to request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, to ask for portability, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores only two things locally, and they never leave your device: your theme preference (light or dark) and your progress through the assessment, so you do not lose your answers if the page reloads. You can clear both by clearing the site data in your browser.
Security
Data always travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the records is restricted. Even so, no system is entirely immune: in the event of a relevant incident, you and the competent authority will be informed.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The last-updated date at the top indicates the version in force.
